The street-side façade features a glass railing balcony floating over board-formed concrete planters, with a double-height foyer beyond. The interior is calibrated around clean horizontal lines, integrated millwork, and a restrained material palette.
The kitchen anchors the main floor, opening into a light-filled family room and a covered outdoor space. Upstairs the program includes the primary suite with a spa-grade ensuite, kids' rooms, a dedicated home office, gym, and home theatre.
