An estate-scale contemporary build set into the Eagle Mountain ridge.
A multi-storey contemporary home on a sloped Coquitlam lot, anchored by a generous backyard patio that steps down through landscaped terraces. The exterior reads as a series of clean, rectilinear volumes, clad in stone, smooth stucco, and warm wood accents, with deep overhangs and full-height glazing that frame the surrounding forest.
Inside, the program ranges across formal living and dining spaces, a dedicated home office, and an integrated kitchen and family room that opens to the patio. A sculptural staircase ties the public and private floors together, and bathrooms throughout pair stone, tile, and warm metal fixtures.
