The CHBA Master Residential Builder designation is the credential we hold continuously; competitive industry awards are juried separately, year by year, by HAVAN, CHBA BC and Built Green Canada. We're populating Icon's awards archive. While we confirm each listing — Georgie Awards, HAVAN Ovation, CHBA national and Built Green Canada — directly with the awarding bodies, we'd rather show you nothing than claim something we can't substantiate.
What we can confirm publicly today is the credential underneath every Icon project: Sanj Aggarwal holds the CHBA Master Residential Builder designation, the highest residential builder credential in Canada. Icon is an active member of the Canadian Home Builders' Association and HAVAN (Homebuilders Association Vancouver), and every new home we deliver carries the mandatory BC Housing 2-5-10 home warranty.
